Biography

Based in Singapore, I’ve dedicated the past two decades to international leadership roles within the tech industry across APAC and EMEA. With over 15 years of experience in Business Development and partner-facing roles at Google​,​ Skyscanner and Meltwater, my most recent role involved leading the Project Management team for YouTube's Music vertical in APAC​.

With approximately 10 years of experience as a People Manager, including Country Director roles at Meltwater expanding into new markets like Dubai and Shanghai+Beijing, I have led strategic projects at a regional level at Google and Skyscanner as the Strategic Partnerships Lead. 

My coaching journey began in 2018 at Google​,​ where I served as an Internal Career Coach, guiding long-term employees to unlock their career potential in pursuit of career progression. I was also a Coach for new hires during their first 6 months on the job. Today, I run my own coaching practice, specializing in working parents who hold high demanding jobs, and are grappling with balancing professional excellence at work and family responsibilities. 

Certified as a Professional Coach with CoActive Training Institute, and the International Coaching Federation, I also hold certifications as a Leadership Circle Coach, a Facilitator for the Arbinger Institute's Outward Mindset program, along with being a certified SoundWave Trainer for Advanced Communications. 

I proudly serve as a Board member of the International Coaching Federation Chapter in Singapore (over 1000 members), contributing my expertise to promote excellence and standards in coaching practices within our community.
